ECOMMERCE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deliveries are made directly from suppliers and manufacturers. Hoteletail and the hotel are not liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. You will need to contact our customer service team within 14 days. If the goods are lost or damaged when you return the product to the supplier it is you who will be liable. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the conditions of sale.
Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Hoteletail either by email or telephone.

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter your current email address when placing your order. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase and may be required at the hotel.
You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved.
All prices shown on Hoteletail are including local sales taxes where applicable. Non-EU countries are subject to certain VAT and customs duties.
Orders made in another person's name without consent or otherwise, resulting in Hoteletail suffering economic damage will be reported to the police. Hoteletail holds the right to change prices and correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Hoteletail to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
COMPLAINTS TERMS AND WITHDRAWAL
It is important that you as a customer check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that it does not match the one you ordered or is damaged, please SEE HERE. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service at email@example.com . Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item to the supplier. Defective products returned to the supplier should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it can not be damaged. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.
The relevant warranties from the suppliers and manufacturers will pass to you upon purchase. These may vary, please contact us for assistance. We are happy to assist in any warranty claims but as we are a marketplace the responsibility lies with you and the manufacturer/supplier directly. Hoteletail and the Hotel accepts no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
In addition Hoteletail and the Hotel accepts no responsibility for the lack of supply, stock and delivery delays from the suppliers and manufacturers.
Hoteletail has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Hoteletaill shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. Release factors to be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of supply and delivery from suppliers or if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain the property of the suppliers until full payment is made.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Hoteletail reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is risen. English law shall govern any disputes or issues under these terms.
